Landscape Design

Envisions, in conjunction with Barnes Park Landscape Development work to develop a landscape design. A professional landscape design will both enhance your home’s curb appeal as well as increase its value. 

We will work with you to develop a landscape design which meets or exceeds your expectations and brings your vision to reality.  The entire design phase is a process which involves both the client and the designer.  Client input is invaluable to the comprehensive development of the landscape plan. 

Upon meeting with one of our designers, an initial walk-through of the property, measurements, photos, submittal of a plat plan, and an outline of budgetary parameters will take place.  A Proposal detailing the scope and cost of the Design will be addressed.  Upon signed acceptance and deposit of the Proposal, a series of sketches will be presented to the client.  A Final Plan detailing the project will then be developed.  A color rendering will accompany the Final Plan.

Implementation of the Final Plan in phases is an option open to the client should she or he chose.  We encourage the client to be an integral part of the entire design process.
